Phillip Freer is a native of Los Angeles, CA, graduate of Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, and former Disney Imagineer. After 12 years at Disney, Phillip made his way to Ohio, and started Phillip Freer Design, LLC, where he provides creative concepts and direction to companies designing and building theme parks throughout the world. In his spare time, Phillip designs and builds themed environments for his home and property.

Tracy, a native of Cincinnati, OH, uses her vast hospitality experience to run the day to day operation of Thematic Arts. She shares Phillip’s love of theming, and partners with him to design and create their custom items
